Maximum Incomes
The Unit AMI (Area Median Income) refers to the maximum allowed income for the household size moving into the apartment.
For example, if an apartment is designated 60% AMI and you have 2 people in your household, gross annual total household income cannot exceed $75,420
Use the chart below to find the maximum allowable income for the apartment in which you are interested. Use the Unit AMI listed for the apartment and your household size.
